WHY CAN'T WE PLACE AN ORDER FOR PARTS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK AT MIDSTATES. IT MAKES NO SENSE! EVERY TIME I HAVE TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR PARTS NOT IN STOCK, I HAVE TO CALL MIDSTATES, AND I HAVE NO DIGITAL RECORDS OF THE PARTS ORDERED OVER THE PHONE. THIS SUCKS AND RENDER THE ORDER HISTORY USELESS, SINCE THEY DON'T SHOW UP.
Emailed the user and copied Brett that we are investigating why back ordering had been disabled.
Jared was able to track down what was causing back ordering to be disabled. Correction will be in the next release. I have sent this to the user and have talked to Brett on how to resolve until fix is pushed.
