i had a customer seach by part number DZ86973 and it showed we had 0 in stock. However we had quantity of the Wtn and LOT pieces. He entered a lost sale and I advised him of his options, but he had already purchased it from another source
There is now equivalent parts for the parts in the system that have en equivalent of another brand.
Emailed the user to find out what Wtn and Lot pieces are.
