NOTE: Due to ARP's Quality Assurance Programs, AS9100 and lS0 9001, ALL Stock Adjustments, Warranty/Defectives, and Repacks are subject to approval for return to ARP. Any product that is not in Original packaging and does not include Lot and/or Job numbers is not returnable to ARP for any reason because it is not traceable and therefore does not meet AS9100 or lS0 9001 standards.
Specials are made-to-order and, as such, cannot be returned for any reason other than defective material and/or manufacturing.
One Stock Adjustment allowed per year, with a 2-for-1 offsetting order, which must accompany return request and cannot be combined with dating or other discounted orders. RMA Required'please call or fax for an RMA number. RMA will not be issued until 2-for-1 order is received (if required). Returns received without an RMA will not be processed. Additional stock adjustments will be charged a 15% restock fee. Freight costs are your responsibility. Ship your best way. A credit memo will be issued'do not deduct until received. Bulk items cannot be returned without original packaging and must include their Job and Lot numbers.
RMA required'please call or fax for an RMA number. Freight credit will be issued on credit memo; please list your freight costs on your return to receive them. Warranties/Defectives will be inspected by ARP. lf they are found to be repacks, they will be subject to Repack policy below. Repacks are not Defective!
