Can not see delivery history and unable to return product

Since the website upgrade we are not able to review history, see what is coming for that day, nor can I do returns online. I have called in numerous times and spoke to Andrew and he has put in a ticket for this to be resolved (on Monday 10/28). Please give me an update on this issue.
